Testing Methods
Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS)
LC-MS provides definitive compound identification by measuring the molecular mass of the primary compound and its fragmentation pattern. Each result is compared against known reference standards for the specific compound.
Reverse-Phase High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC)
RP-HPLC separates the compound from any impurities by polarity and hydrophobicity, quantifying the percentage of the target compound relative to all detected species. Our standard release requirement is ≥98% Verified Purity.

Samples from production batches are submitted for third-party testing before release.
Identity Confirmation
LC-MS analysis supports confirmation that compound identity matches the declared specification. Identity discrepancies prevent release.
Purity Quantification
RP-HPLC measures the area percentage of the target peak. Lots below the ≥98% Verified Purity release standard are not released for research procurement.
COA Issuance
The testing laboratory issues a Certificate of Analysis documenting available analytical results and laboratory details.

Facility storage: All lyophilized peptides are stored in a dedicated, climate-controlled environment. Inventory is rotated on a first-in, first-out basis.
